This amazing software brings a new level of organization and work-flow-planning to my small business. 

What do I have to do for each client? Which staffer is going to work for which client? What's left to do before we close the month? All of that and more is neatly organized in Keeper. It literally runs my operations department.

Customer support is excellent. The implementation couldn't be easier -- just click to integrate it to QuickBooks and you're on your way. My team uses it hourly, daily, constantly!

I love that keeper allows us to edit QuickBooks transactions in their software. It makes it so incredibly easy to recode transactions in bulk as well. We can batch reclassify different aspects of each transaction that QuickBooks itself doesn't offer. Additionally, I love the different views we can customize to see exactly what I need to see and my coworker can have her own view.

I've never used anything else that is as helpful as the client portal. I love Keeper.

The Keeper Client List view gives me insight into how our team is working through monthly closes and any additional tasks we've assigned. We're able to quickly see where each client is in the month end close process and jump in and help when needed. I love that I can customize the views!

I must say that Keeper has been insanely valuable for my practice. 1099 season would NOT have been so smoothe, for one, but I just can’t fathom all the problems that are resolved using this service in tandem with my practice.

...for the expense inconsistency report! It led me to a Banking Rule that was automatically putting transactions in an incorrect account. I have NO IDEA how that rule was created! But without Keeper, I might not have noticed! Thank you Ben and the Keeper team!
